INTERCONNECTION OF STUDENTS’ PROFESSIONAL IMPLICATIONS AND IDEAS ABOUT AN EFFECTIVE LEADER

Annotation

The article is devoted to the research into interrelation of professional implications and ideas about an effective leader of students who study at pedagogical departments. The author proves the relevance of the research into intending teachers’ ideas about an effective leader and the need for a detailed study into the issues of effective management for academic setting. The paper proves that the research of ideas about an effective leader of pedagogical department students is relevant since it will further allow enhancing competence of pedagogical staff of educational institutions as well as the level of education in the Russian Federation in general. The article provides the in-depth analysis of the arisen interrelations between indicators of professional implications and ideas about an effective leader.
