ENHANCING STRESS RESISTANCE OF TEACHERS IN A PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION

Annotation

The article deals with the factors that enhance stress resistance of teachers in preschool educational organizations. Situations of emotional pressure in professional activity of a teacher which arise in communication and interaction with pupils, colleagues, administration of educational institutions and parents lead to reduction of working capacity, deterioration in qualitative and quantitative indicators professional activity, worsening of adaptive mechanisms of the body, personal deformations and stress syndromes. On the basis of scientific research, the authors single out components of stress resistance as well as qualities connected to it, such as: tolerance, self-regulation, initiative, aspiration to professional self-growth, communicative skills. As a result of a research, the authors distinguish groups of preschool teachers who are less stress resistant.
