EDUCATION INSTITUTION AS THE SUBJECT OF THE STATE NATIONAL POLICY OF RUSSIA

Annotation

The article touches upon the role of education institution in implementation of the priority directions of the state national policy of Russia. As for the key ways how education institutions can participate in implementation of the national policy the authors describe some ways of ethno-cultural education. The authors of the article share experience of the Rostov region where the project “150 cultures of the Don” was run. This project is a prime example of how the state and civil society can join their efforts to prevent xenophobia and harmonize interethnic relations.
