DEVELOPMENT OF THE CORPORATE CULTURE OF TEACHERS IN A PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION

Annotation

The article deals with certain conditions of development of the corporate culture of teachers in a preschool educational organization. According to the paper, corporate culture of preschool teachers refers to their collective value which reflects ideas of the staff about rules and norms of organization activity, their traditions and customs, individual and group interests, individual working styles, level of interaction and unity of employees in a preschool organization. All these aspects are expressed in the feeling of community of all organization members which provides good quality of work of the given preschool educational organization. The article describes the model of development of the corporate culture of preschool teachers, the algorithm for its creation, the content of the main components. The authors give certain examples of separate indicators of the corporate culture of teachers in a preschool organization.
