PROFESSIONAL SENSES AND VALUES OF A TEACHER IN INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL SPACE

Annotation

The article analyses modern approaches to research into the axiological component of teacher’s professionalism. The author reveals specific aspects of development of values and conceptual sphere of a teacher in innovative academic setting. Psychological determinants of the valuable attitude of teachers to their professional activity are described. The paper states the role and functions of values in regulation of pedagogical activities. The author describes terminal and instrumental values of teachers and students and makes their comparative analysis. The article also mentions axiological risks of the modern stakeholder of pedagogical process. In conclusion, the author reveals opportunities offered by the system of advanced training for development of the conceptual sphere of teachers.
