Annotation

The article dwells on the educational paradigm of application of the models of software and hardware and computer network based on emulation in professional development of employees in the field of information and communication technologies. The authors state certain problems connected with teaching staff about computer hardware and computer network which can be solved by the use of emulation software. The article also touches upon pedagogical purposes of the application of emulation programs in training workers in the context of simulation of software and hardware tools and the computer network as well as types of models of software and hardware tools and the computer network which can be constructed by emulation programs. The stages and phases of building models of software and hardware tools on the basis of emulation programs are also provided in the paper.
