FEATURES OF PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT OF TEACHER’S PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF RISKS OF MODERN EDUCATION

Annotation

The article presents findings of the research into psychological support of professional development of a teacher in the context of risks that exist in modern education. The paper describes the factors of professional success in pedagogical activity in the context of innovative education. Clusters of professionally significant personal qualities that guarantee productivity of a teacher are selected and described. The article also touches upon the main vectors of psychological support of development of a modern teacher. Subjective correlators of teacher’s success are revealed and analyzed. Proceeding from the data of empirical research, the article analyses some risks which hinder professional development of a teacher.
