Annotation

The article covers communicative and pedagogical competence as part of the structure of professional military activity. The author defines this activity as an ability to devise and implement strategy, tactics and technology of interaction with commanders and subordinates in order to solve military and professional tasks, to find effective resources for organization of teaching and academic process in troops which is aimed at development of the key competences that meet the demands and tasks of professional military activity.
