SAFETY POLICY IN EDUCATIONAL SETTING: FOREIGN AND NATIONAL APPROACHES

Annotation
The article gives review to foreign and national approaches to safety of the educational organizations, administrative and organizational resources of educational setting aimed at handling crisis situations effectively. The authors have studied several models of making administrative decisions in cases of emergency and leveling of crisis consequences. The authors draw the conclusion that it is impossible to prevent violence in educational institutions completely without support of technical means as well as the use of technical means is impossible without human factor, well trained and attentive personnel and students. The concept of complex safety in educational institutions consists of the good organizational and technical actions.Key words
