ELECTRONIC LEARNING TOOLS AS THE WAY OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OPTIMIZATION AT A MARINE UNIVERSITY

Annotation

The article deals with the ways to increase efficiency of basic and foreign-language preparation at a marine university by incorporating electronic learning tools. The authors describe pedagogical requirements to their design and realization in educational process. As for the main electronic learning tools, the paper mentions an electronic manual, computer modeling programs, multimedia presentations, interactive boards and analyze their structural and substantial characteristics. Special attention is paid to the structure and principles of creating electronic manuals. According to the paper, introduction of electronic learning tools into the course of basic and linguistic preparation of experts of crew at a marine university is of great importance.
