Relaxational biomanagement and neuro-biomanagement as a method of handling chronic stress of teenagers

Annotation

The article deals with opportunities of psychophysiological ways to handle teenage chronic stress by therapeutic method with biological feedback. The authors shares results of work with a group of pupils from orphan asylum who suffer from chronic stress. The paper provides the research data about the changes in objective physiological indicators of participants, their psychological and emotional background as well as data on connection between change of objective physiological indicators and psychological state of the examinees. Finally, the authors draw the conclusion about the efficiency of the method of therapy with biological feedback for handling chronic stress of teenagers.
