COMPETENCE OF THE REGIONAL TEACHER AS THE SUCCESS FACTOR OF THE REGIONAL EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM

Annotation

This work is devoted to the problem of improving functioning of regional educational systems, successful solution of which depends on many factors. One of them is the appropriate level of competence of the regional teacher which enables him to do his job effectively. The author defines the main vectors that shape professional activity of a modern teacher. The problems connected with regulation of personnel structure of a regional educational system are revealed. Basing on systematic, competence-based and personally focused approaches, the author gives an outline to the system of support and optimization of professional activity of pedagogical staff of the region, its structure and algorithm of functioning. According to the article, the leading role in the system of competences of a regional teacher belongs to the ethno-cultural competence.
