SHAPING PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES OF BACHELORS OF PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION IN THE COURSE OF ON-THE-JOB TRAINING

Annotation

Experience of shaping pedagogical competences in educational activity of students-bachelors during on-the-job training in general educational organizations is presented in the article. According to the recommendations of “The professional standard of a teacher” to be guided by on-the-job tasks, the authors specify tasks and functions of student teaching practice, features of gaining professional experience of a subject teacher and a class teacher in the field of their professional competences. Proceeding from the theory and practical work of schools, a number of important components in the content of pedagogical competences are defined by the authors.
