LEGAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL GROUNDS OF MANAGING ACADEMIC ORGANIZATION OF A MODERN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION
Annotation
The article covers innovations of the law “On Education in the Russian Federation” which concern academic activities and management of educational organizations. The author analyses key directions in transformation of universities into entrepreneurial organizations in response to the calls of modern times and the role of the administrative component in this process. The author describes the heart matter of psychological and pedagogical approach which stipulates the great role of human potential in higher educational institutions. Conditions and mechanisms of implementation of the approach with the main focus on the potential of a teacher as the main resource of development of an edu cational organization are discussed.Key words
