Annotation

The article is devoted to the problem of raising the quality of the secondary and higher professional education in Russian Federation. It contains the description of educational tasks of the educational institutions of secondary and higher professional education in the context of understanding the current educational politics. The author describes her subjective approach in raising the quality of the higher professional education and the results of their realization.
