SPIRITUAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL PECULIARITIES AS THE BASIS OF CONTINUITY IN THEIR PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

Annotation

The author of the article tries to analyse the main peculiarities of personal psychological and spiritual evolution at the age of youth. She supposes that the peculiarities should be the basis of continuous teachers training education. Among the main indices she notes the ability for personal and professional self-determination, creativity and reflection as intellectual and moral activity. Here is also personal purposefulness, linked with one’s out-look. Mature identity, aptitude for sympathy and mutual aid, emotional responsibility should be also marked among the central psychological and spiritual peculiarities of a youth. The author comes to conclusion that the age of youth is the last period of person’s childhood and the basis of one’s further spiritual evolution at the age of maturity.
