THE PECULIARITIES OF THE PSYCHOLOGISTS’ IDEAS OF THE OBJECT OF THEIR ACTIVITY

Annotation

The article reveals the results of the empiric research of the psychologists’ ideas of the object of their activity. The semantic differential of Ch. Osgud is used as the major research method. The obtained results make it possible to analyze the professional psychologiests’ ideas in dynamics on different stages of professiogenesis beginning with the students’ age. Besides the author compares the psychologists ideas of the object of their netivity with the representatives of other professions (military men, builders). As it turned out the content of the ideas of the object of activity irrespective of profession is the major official post and duties, then the main aspects of activity and personal preferences of the subject. Ideas of work in general contain the parameters of quality and the indicators of professional labour.
