DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL CAPITAL OF AN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION FOR PREVENTION OF TEACHERS’ PROFESSIONAL DEFORMATION

Annotation

The article is devoted to the increase in efficiency of social capital in an educational organization. Social capital is considered in the paper from neo-Conservative positions of F. Fukuyama as an ability of workers to unite voluntarily in steady groups for achievement of a definite goal. According to the authors, one of the problem areas that interferes development of social capital in modern Russian education is the dissonance between the need for realization of collective work models and growth of teachers’ autonomy. The carried-out analysis of horizontal and vertical trust in the educational organization has shown complex dependence between the social capital and various social and professional characteristics of teachers. For identification of internal mechanisms of current situation the authors used certain psychodiagnostic techniques, defining types and levels of feeling of loneliness and emotional burnout of teachers.
