TO THE ISSUE OF DEVELOPING REFLEXIVITY OF CADETS OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION OF CIVIL AVIATION

Annotation

The article deals with environmental approach in pedagogical development of cadets’ identity. The authors introduce the concept of the local educational environment of a subject and in this respect consider mathematical educational environment. The authors have empirically revealed the need for development of reflexivity of cadets of the first year of studies. Analysis of scientific sources enabled the authors to come to the conclusion that local mathematical educational environment is favorable for development of reflexivity.
