Annotation

In the light of modernization of educational space, there is a change in priorities that determine moral instruction, education and development of younger generation. The new educational standards focus on creation of conditions for integration between a family and educational institutions in order to increase the value of family in public eyes, develop civil society and unite efforts for the sake of creating conditions of safe socialization of a child. In this regard, the professional standard of a teacher assumes competence-based background of his/her professional skills which will help to achieve the above stated goal. Every large family belongs to the risk group where for different reasons there can be a number of difficulties that demand support on the part of a teacher.
