TRAINING “SAMURAI GAME®” AS A TOOL FOR SHAPING EMOTIONAL LEADERSHIP COMPETENCES OF STUDENTS FROM PEDAGOGICAL INSTITUTION

Annotation

According to the paper, game approaches in education attract growing interest, especially games based on the principles of corporally focused approach, on the knowledge of influence of body language and habitual body patterns on perception of information in the conditions of the growing exchange of knowledge, mobility of students (and teachers), booming number of international research projects. The article claims that introduction of gaming, training and complex technologies into educational process can be seen as a great resource. In this regard, trainings which develop leadership skills are very efficient. The worked out criteria as well as control monitoring demonstrate efficiency of training in teaching college students and relevance of this element in educational process. According to the paper, in the current reality trainings which serve development of these or those qualities are very effective.
