EDUCATION AND SOVEREIGNTY: WAYS OF HARMONIZATION .

Annotation

The article raises the problem of harmonizing educational system in Russia with the problem of maintaining the sovereignty of the country at all levels of social organization - from individual to the state in general. The author focuses on the definition of the concept “sovereignty” as a condition for maintaining the principle of free will in activity of individual, social systems and all other components of the state hierarchy. The paper also covers genesis of the problem under study in historical context of changes in the structure of macro-regulators of the state and international activity of human communities of various level - from archaic to rational. The author also dwells on the opportunities offered by various educational systems (objective and standard, professionally focused, subject-based, creative and integrated) in respect to the solution to the problem of preserving and strengthening the sovereignty of the state and its citizens.
