SPECIFICS OF PERSONAL DEVELOPING RESOURCES IN CRISIS STATE

Annotation

The article analyzes specific features of personal developing resources during middle-age crisis. The authors of the paper consider the current state of the issue under study, its characteristics and relevance. The article presents results of a survey of middle-aged people about existence and depth of the crisis state. The paper suggests universal principle of nine inner “sources of happiness” which enable individuals to get out of crisis state effectively, safely and fast. The authors note that this principle allows not only to increase efficiency of the existing techniques, but also to develop highly effective programs of psychological support. The article is intended for everyone who is interested in crisis psychological states, methods of preventing and escaping them.
