Annotation

Student teaching practice, being one of the vocational forms of education at higher school, carries out the leading role in formation and development of pedagogical culture of future teachers. It helps students to put theory into practice and provides practical knowledge of regularities and principles of professional activity and shapes the complete idea about educational complex of modern school. The article emphasizes the great role of student teaching practice in educational institutions and describes its main components: purpose, tasks, functions, stages, contents and pedagogical conditions.
