Annotation

The necessity and importance of including the creative competence into the list of teacher’s key competences is analysed in the article. Having set the criteria, indicators, levels (stages) of the given competence development by means of special techniques it is possible to fix and control its development that will promote positive motivation for continuous self-improvement and self-development of an individual, provide efficiency and productivity.
