Annotation

The article is devoted to the problem of evaluation of the professional development of educational work deputy director in the municipal educational system with the help of the structural model invented by the author and taking into account the organizational and pedagogical conditions of its successful implementation. The author describes effectiveness evaluation methods, diagnostic tools and presents the results of the research.
