Annotation

The paper considers psychological aspects of teachers’ professional competence development in a special educational environment of a psychological center – “the psychological and pedagogical environment”. An anthropological concept of a personality development in ontogenesis is a methodological ground for this environment construction. The author explains an idea, structure and system of the teachers’ professional competence development in the given environment.
