Annotation

The article is devoted to the topical issue of foreign language learning in Russian higher educational establishments. The author considers main problems of linguistic didactics: global changes affecting the modern English language will promote language feeling development and the modern language taste, which implies accurate, clear, logical expression of ideas, proper use of various language means according to the communication stylistic norms.
