DEVELOPMENT OF PATTERNED APPROACH TO TEACHER’S PERSONALITY PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Annotation

The article considers the problem of the patterned approach to the analysis of a teacher‘s personality, his professionally relevant qualities, knowledge and skills that he/she acquires at University. The author reveals peculiar features of the pattern as an integrative mechanism as one of the main conditions of successful pedagogic activities of the University staff. The author describes a problematic portrait of a multi-culturally oriented teacher as a pattern. The multiculturalism in his professional competence is consi dered to help him be effective and successful in his future work in the multicultural pedagogical environment. The article also describes the indicators of the multicultural preparedness of a teacher for future professional work. It also determines the level of knowledge and a set of professional skills necessary for a teacher to solve the tasks set in a multicultural educational establishment.
