Annotation

Higher education functions in new conditions, which are characterised by globalization, new technologies, and the English language as an international language (lingua franca), increasing competition and commercialisation. Globalisation is a social process, in which the restrictions put on the social and cultural structure weaken and people realise it more clearly.
