COLLECTIVE AS CULTURAL AND EDUSATIONAL ENVIRONMENT IN V.A. SUKHOMLINSKY’S PEDAGOGICAL WORKS

Annotation

In the article the author considers the structure of a collective as a form of the cultural and educational environment. Analysing certain specific examples of pedagogical experience of V.A. Suhomlinsky and his colleagues two groups of the elements necessary for creation of a collective and its further development are suggested. The first group determines the purpose and the presentation of requirements to the tutor and the definition of the moral culture. In the second group you can see the organisation of various kinds of activities, competitions and so on. Interrelation of these structural elements promotes strengthening of a collective.
