Annotation

Serious changes have occurred nowadays in professional sphere, which require a higher level of professional competence of managers and the programs of its develop ment. The aim of the research is to substantiate and verify changes characterizing various organizational forms of education which are established in the system of open distant professional education and which improve the quality of managers’ professional retraining owing to the improvement of the professional element of the educational environment.
