Annotation

The requirements imposed by the society and the state to the Russian educational system account for the necessity of finding the optimal model of professional training. One of the new approaches is the competence approach and its development on the basis of professional competence of future specialists. It is necessary to recognize the main principles of future specialists’ training in order to plan future primary school teachers’ professional competence realization. The principles of realization of the competence approach in the system of the higher education are the basic rules which have to be followed by the participants of the educational process.
