Annotation

The article analyses possible variants of development of e-learning as an innovative system in compliance with the models of innovative systems offered in the Strategy of Development of Science and Innovations of the Russian Federation till 2015. The knowledge-active model providing the development of innovative education is considered to be the best option. The main task of this model is to create an “innovative person” through intensive investments in the human capital inclined to innovations and knowledge acquisition irrespective of the professional sphere: industry, science or education.
