Annotation

In the article theoretical approaches to the notion “educational environment” are analysed. The author considers the historical development of the notion, the main points of educational environment in modern research in pedagogical psychology, the topical problems of school educational environment creation as the necessary conditions of students’ personal development and self-realization.
