Annotation

The article considers the problems of the regional educational system management, the development of the logical process of target setting in this field and the criteria of target selection in the system of the regional educational management. The authors focus on higher educational establishments. The article suggests a number of solutions of the problems existing in the regional educational system management and the authors’ vision of development of the new regional education management national system.
