Annotation

The article is devoted to the topical problem of implementation of pedagogical technologies into primary school education in Dagestan. The author focuses on theoretical and methodological basis and advantages of the innovative development of pedagogical technologies. The article reveals certain peculiarities, real conditions and experience of pedagogical technologies implementation in national schools. A number of alternative ways of the actual situation modification and the primary education system modernization are analysed. The article shows the results of creation of the pedagogical environment favourable for implementation of the innovative pedagogical technologies in primary school.
