Annotation

The article is devoted to the analysis of works of the Russian psychologists on personal development in the educational environment. The author gives special consideration to the notion “personal development” and reveals the factors, conditions and motivation for the personal development. The article also focuses on the topical problems of personal development in the educational environment.
