DEVELOPMENT OF A HEALTHY CHILD IN SANATORIUM GROUPS IN PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS

Annotation

The author looks at the health of a child as a personal value, a complex qualitative characteristic of children’s development. The article reveals medical, sociocultural and pedagogical indicators of pre-school children’s health; peculiarities of a healthy child’s development in sanatorium groups in pre-school educational establishments. The author also pays special attention to the notion “children with poor health” as such children form a group of patients often suffering from acute respiratory diseases and requiring regular medical check-up. The article reveals the requirements to the contents of upbringing and health-improving program in a sanatorium group in a pre-school educational establishment and the methods of education of children with poor health. The author proves the necessity of paying special attention to the education of children in sanatorium groups in pre-school educational establishments with the help of special upbringing and health-improvement programs
