BASIC CONSTITUENTS OF THE MANAGERIAL COMPETENCE OF A SOCIAL SPHERE SPECIALIST

Annotation

The article focuses on the issue of professional training of a social sphere specialist at the modern stage of educational development. The author analyses the essential characteristics of managerial competence and specifies the concept “managerial competence of a social sphere specialist.” On the basis of the analysis of scientific pedagogical literature the article also reveals the structure of managerial competence of a social sphere specialist and determines the basic constituents of managerial competence of the future social sphere specialist: motivational, cognitive, activityoriented, personality-oriented.
