Annotation

The given article considers the main features of subjective personal paradigm in education which promotes the possibility of taking into account individual peculiarities and meanings of students, developing the hierarchy of their competences (personal and professional) enabling them to be in line with the labour market and employers’ demands. It should be mentioned that graduates of higher technical schools have to develop both their personal qualities and professional skills in order to ensure their constant professional growth.
