PROBLEMA OF A MODERN MUSIC LESSON

Annotation

The article is devoted to problems of increasing educational efficiency of music lessons at modern schools. It is impossible to solve this problem without use of innovative forms of a lesson organization, enrichment of school music educational content, account of modern cultural features. The article opens with the reasons explaining “low status” of music lesson among other school disciplines. Among them: insufficient professional level of some teachers, their unwillingness to work creatively, absence of necessary material resources and some others.
