Annotation

The article deals with education development trends in the modern society, greater importance of educational technologies and their influence on the quality of education. Educational technology is regarded as a pedagogical mechanism of the individual’s innovative abilities development. The author reveals the basics of flexible technologies of developing, personality-focused, advanced and competenceoriented education and emphasizes the necessity of taking into account modern students’ and educational environment peculiarities in the process of educational technologies development.
