Annotation

The author’s point of view on the realization of pedagogical conditions, launching mechanisms of personal self-organization in class is presented in the article. It is proved that self-organization alone possesses a variety of organizational energy sources. The edges of self-organization are shown as independent from the teacher’s will. The author explains the efficiency of self-organizational processes, which touch upon all of the pedagogical interaction participants.
