Annotation

Higher education is aimed at providing future specialists with the abilities to orientate themselves and adequately behave in modern socio-cultural and socioprofessional situations. In the article the author reveals the concept of behavioural flexibility in professional training of a modern teacher. The essence of the concept is exposed through its structural components and levels of its development. In the course of empiric research the author analyzed levels of students’ behavioural flexibility in the modern higher education.
