Annotation

The article is devoted to individual essential powers realization technologies in creative activities. These technologies are personality-focused, as their main purport is development of a student’s personality. They are also efficient, as they ensure productive and efficient students’ activities. The author pays special attention to the implementation of the technologies through the realization of the following principles: mutual realization of the teacher’s and student’s “selves”; recognition of a person’s individuality; the principle of achievement of positive openness, etc. The author also describes the following stages of individual essential powers realization technologies in creative activities: cognitive, aesthetic, individual, that of genius and monumental.
