Annotation

The article is focused on the methodological strategies of the modern education development as a noosphere-advanced model, the functioning and development meta-principle of which is considered to be the culturological approach. The article also presents the algorithm of conceptual framework formation in the context of the problem-conceptual field of the modern education. The author characterizes hermeneutical, axiological and systematic approaches as the basis for culturological methodology development in pedagogical science.
