Annotation

This article deals with the notion and the content of the multidisciplinary phenomenon of a person’s innovative culture, which does not exclude, but supplements «disciplinary», «interdisciplinary» and «transdisciplinary» ones. Multidisciplinary education leads to emergent reflexion of the complex, multidimensional world in the form of personal innovative culture development by means of multidisciplinary didactic complexes as a new organized quality construct. The degree of students’ personality innovative culture formation was monitored according to their individual educational trajectories in multidisciplinary didactic complexes environment.
