Annotation

The article is devoted to the development of professional-subjective position of a teacher in the process of adaptation to professional activities. Pedagogical conditions which in the aggregate ensure the efficient development of professionalsubjective position of a teacher in the process of adaptation to professional activities are specified in the article. The aim set by the author is to determine the forms of educational work for realization of the necessary conditions. The results of the research bring the author to the conclusion, that during the process of adaptation to professional work it is important to organize collective forms of work, preceptorship and self-education.
