Annotation

The article proves the expediency of realization of the regional generalizing research on the basis of synthesis of a number of scientific qualifying works reflecting the process of the educational system reformation. The proved parameters of the educational system scientific potential resources analysis allowed the author to reveal certain peculiarities of their development within the Southern Federal District and a spectrum of scientific schools’ activities The objective characteristic of the scientific potential development can be one of the bases of scientific and pedagogical activities coordination in the given district.
